Initial booking deposit and balance on the day.
Do you remind customers before you arrive?
We send a text message evening before.
Do I need to be at home?
Not always. We do need to access electricity to power our Vacuum. If you are not going to be at home yourself then we can email you the video results
How often should gutters be cleared or cleaned?
At least once per year. PVC may last a couple of years before needing a re clean. we guarantee both services for 3 months
